Delivery takes from 11 to 16 working days.

- A refund for missing packages will only be issued after thorough coordination with the shipping agent, and only when they have confirmed that the package cannot be located.
- If the package is not collected from your local deliver agent promptly, we cannot be held responsible for returned items, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Payment: We accept payment by credit card using PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a email message with your orders tracking number and also a photo of your package at time of courier drop off. It may take 2 – 4 days for the tracking info to be updated on the carrier website..
- Shipping: We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the correct billing and shipping details are on their order.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sleeparate purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you choose to return the product, the refund will be for the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
It is your responsibility to ship the goods back to us here in New Zealand. Unfortunately, we cannot purchase or provide forward courier tickets – this must be arranged and paid for at your local shipping depot.Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you’ll be notified via email. Please allow extra time for returns to be processed, as international packages can occasionally be delayed or misplaced during transit.
