Interview with co-designer Kirsty
Interviewer: Hi Kirsty, thank you for taking the time to chat with us today. I know you were part of the design team that made the product. Can you tell us a little bit about your experience with the Sleeparate bed divider?

Kirsty: Of course, I’d be happy to share. I have to say, I am very happy with the end design of the Sleeparate bed divider. It has made such a difference in the quality of my sleep.
Interviewer: That’s great to hear! What led you to create the Sleeparate bed divider?
Kirsty: My partner and I have very different sleeping preferences. We were constantly fighting over which way we faced when sleeping and heavy night breathing, which was really impacting both our sleep. We finally decided to develop the Sleeparate bed divider to see if it would solve our problems.
Interviewer: And did it?
Kirsty: Absolutely! The Sleeparate has made it so much easier for us to each sleep the way we prefer. We no longer fight over which way we face to sleep, as there is a nice divider between us. Plus, my partner is a bit of a heavy sleeper, so it’s nice to have a physical barrier between us to minimize any disturbance if he moves around in the night.
Interviewer: That’s great to hear. Is there anything else you like about the Sleeparate bed divider?
Kirsty: Yes, actually. I really like the design of the Sleeparate. It’s very simple and easy to set up and pack away if needed. I also tried the Travel version properly last weekend on a small holiday, that was so much fun too. Being able to take our sleeping equipment on the road was very cool.
Interviewer: That’s good to know. Would you recommend the Sleeparate bed divider to others?
Kirsty: Absolutely. It has made such a big difference in my sleep and my relationship with my partner. I think anyone who has different sleep preferences or sleeping habits from their partner would benefit from using a Sleeparate bed divider.
Interviewer: Well, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Kirsty. It was great to chat with you.
Kirsty: My pleasure, thank you for chatting to me.
