Interviewer: Hello Wayne, thank you for joining us today.
Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background?
Wayne Meadows: Sure. I have a background in product and graphic design, and I’ve always been fascinated by creating products that improve everyday life.
Interviewer: Interesting. So, you have created a product called the Sleeparate Bed Divider. Can you tell us more about it?
Wayne Meadows: Yes, the Sleeparate Bed Divider is a product that helps couples share a bed while allowing them to have their own sleeping space. It is designed to be installed easily with no fuss and also looks pleasant in your bedroom.
Interviewer: What inspired you to create the Sleeparate Bed Divider?
Wayne Meadows: It all started when I was having trouble sleeping with my partner. My partner is a light sleeper and I move around a lot in my sleep. I also have a slight tendency to breathe heavily whilst asleep so a barrier is great. So, I wanted to create a product that could allow us to sleep next to each other while being able to have our own sleeping space.
Interviewer: That’s a great idea. So how does the Sleeparate Bed Divider work?
Wayne Meadows: Sleeparate offers a bed divider solution for partners who share a bed. The product is a foldable A shaped device that provides a barrier between you and your partner.
The sleeparate can improve both partners falling asleep times and help sleep quality by quietening the persons sleeping space. Other positives are creating a discrete area for sleeping with CPAP machines or such devices.
Interviewer: Why not just use a pillow to create a wall?
Wayne Meadows: Sure that can work, sort of, but the pillow will sink down and you will spend sometime at night puffing it up. Plus the sleeparate is purpose built and works just as it should and I believe we should have a better sleep without compromise!.
Interviewer: That’s impressive. What makes the Sleeparate Bed Divider unique compared to other bed dividers on the market?
Wayne Meadows: Well, we designed the base of the sleeparate and also the Travel sleeparate to have a snap lock, hinged system to keep them upright and solid. Pair this with quality, ethically sourced fabrics and I believe the design and finish is akin to a tailored suit.
Interviewer: How has the response been so far from customers who have used the Sleeparate Bed Divider?
Wayne Meadows: The response has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve had customers rave about how it has transformed their sleep life, and they’ve even reported feeling more rested and relaxed.
Interviewer: Awesome. So, what’s next for Sleeparate Bed Divider, Wayne?
Wayne Meadows: We are always on the lookout to improve our product further, so we’re continuously researching and testing new designs and materials. Our goal is to make the Sleeparate Bed Divider the go-to bed divider for couples worldwide.
We have just launched our Travel Sleeparate product so that is really exciting for customers to take it with them on vacation and share it further.
